Have you ever been chatting with friends or acquaintances when a faith related topic has come up, but the basic, bare bones teaching you received in 6^th grade catechism lacked nuance, and you didn’t really feel comfortable discussing it?  Or maybe the Holy Spirit has been nudging you lately to dig a little deeper into your Catholic faith and reignite your joy as a member of the Body of Christ.  Good News!  On Wednesday evenings from 6:45 to 8:30 beginning January 11, St John Vianney Parish will investigate many expanding-on-the-basics topics, including Jesus, the Trinity, prayer, Mary & the saints, the sacraments, the Mass, moral living, social justice, and more.  We will use some Catholic faith formation materials and lead discussions about how we as Catholics can bring healing, transformation, virtue, and enthusiasm to our world.  If you enjoyed our viewing of “The Search” videos this past fall, Good News Bootcamp will take many of those elements to the next level.  Check back here each week to discover what Wednesday's topics will be.  Join us for the sessions that interest you or join us for all of them!  Questions?  Contact Connie at [email protected].
