After Masses this weekend, we do hope you will consider joining us downstairs in the Church Hall for our Ministry Fair. This celebratory event will recognize the importance of our liturgical ministers, who are invited to drop in for a thank you gift as a token of the parish’s appreciation for their service.
The theme of the Fair is “The Tools of the Trade.” Ministries will display the various items they use and provide explanations of each item’s purpose, and so we also hope it will be an interesting and engaging opportunity for all parishioners to meet and find out about the various liturgical ministries.
There will be delicious refreshments – cheese and crackers, pastries, coffe, etc. - and …
DOOR PRIZES!
Those who attend may pick up a Passport and get the initials of someone at each ministry table. The completed passports will be entered into a drawing for one of 5 Dunkin Donuts gift cards. Yum!
There will be a fun scavenger hunt for kids. Each child may locate the tools on the page and indicate which ministry they belong to. Completed scavenger hunts will be entered into a drawing for one of 3 Al’s French Frys gift cards.
We do hope everyone will join us to celebrate liturgical ministry in our parish and to enjoy some social time with our neighbors.
