Children in 6th and 7th grade are eligible for the Sacrament of Confirmation this coming year, 2021-2022.
6th graders will continue to participate in the Family Formation program, while 7th and 8th graders will be given a middle school catechesis the 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings of the month, from 6:30pm-8pm*

*This may get subsumed into a youth ministry middle school plan, especially if a parish Youth Minister can oversee a general semi-weekly middle school night.

An additional 6 confirmation-specific session in the catechetical year will be required for all confirmation candidates, of any grade, after an initial parent/candidates meeting.  There is a preference (at this time) to put these sessions later in the catechetical year, Jan. 2022.  Both Sunday morning and Sunday evenings are possible.
